Find the neighborhoods worth your next marketing dollar.
Leadspanic combines neighborhood data and local search visibility to help you choose where to focus, what to say, and what to test next.
No sign-in needed to look around. Looking up an address is free.
What you get
- Up to three areas around your business worth testing first, and the reason for each one.
- Who lives there, from U.S. Census data, and which kinds of neighborhoods our model rates as the best fit for your service.
- Where you show up on Google Maps across your area, if you run a ranking scan.
- A draft campaign you can hand to whoever runs your ads: suggested offer, ad copy, budget starting point, and what to measure.

What the data can and cannot tell you
Neighborhood fit is modeled from U.S. Census data. It shows where a test is most worth trying. It does not identify buyers or predict sales. Google Maps rankings show where you appear in free listings, which is different from where paid ads are shown. Budget splits are starting assumptions until your own results come in.
